01Is this a real Gmail inbox?

Yes. Each address is provisioned on Google Workspace, so your agent gets a native Gmail inbox—not a forwarding alias or proprietary mailbox.

02Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. Bring an existing domain or ask QuickMail Agent to procure and manage a new one. In either case, we handle the required DNS and Workspace configuration.

03What can my agent do through MCP?

You can grant tools to search an inbox, read threads, create drafts, send new emails, and reply in context. Credentials can be scoped per agent and per inbox.

04Can a human also use the inbox?

Yes. Because it is a standard Google Workspace account, authorized teammates can also access it through Gmail when a human handoff or review is needed.

05How quickly will an inbox be ready?

Most inboxes can be provisioned in minutes after the domain and account details are confirmed. DNS propagation or unusual domain requirements can occasionally take longer.

06Does the additional inbox price change between plans?

No. Starter, Growth, and Pro begin at $49, $149, and $499 per month. Beyond each plan’s included inboxes, every additional Google Workspace inbox is $5 per month.

07Do you support larger deployments?
